Mr. Singleton was named New York State Deputy Chief Information Officer in September 2007. As Deputy CIO for Enterprise Strategy and Governance Services, he is primarily responsible for the information technology (IT) strategy for the State of New York, leading the annual technology planning process and developing and promulgating statewide IT policies and standards.
